To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% per room is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive a written confirmation of your booking.
You can make the payment via bank transfer (bank details provided).

For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: You can convert the deposit into a voucher for a booking within the current year or, at the latest, by the end of the following year.
From 14 days before arrival to no-show: The deposit is non-refundable.

The room is considered reserved until 10:00 AM on the day of departure and will be available starting from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival, except in cases of force majeure.
Upon arrival, the identity documents of all persons occupying the room must be presented for registration.
In case of delay, the guest must promptly notify the hotel; otherwise, the room will be held until 24:00 of the same day. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to rent the room to other guests.

The tourist tax is not included in the listed price. For 4-star hotels, the tax is €1.50 per person per day, applicable starting from the second year of age. This amount will be added to the final bill and paid at check-out.

• Cash: Guests from the European Union can make cash payments up to a maximum amount of €999.00, in accordance with current regulations.
• Credit Cards Accepted: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Bancomat, Maestro, Carta Si, and Ec-Karte. This ensures a wide range of payment options for all our guests.

The umbrella reserved for our guests will be available from the day of arrival until the day of departure, excluding the day of departure. Our equipped beach offers a comfortable and relaxing experience by the sea, with loungers and umbrellas included in your stay package.

• Meals and Reservations: Full board or half board starts with lunch or dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the reception. Unused meals that have been reserved but not canceled in advance will not be deducted from the bill.
• Payment Methods: Cash payments are not accepted at the bar or restaurant. All consumptions will be charged directly to your room account and can be settled at check-out, ensuring maximum convenience and security for our guests.

Pets are not allowed on the premises, to ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our guests.

Upon check-in, the Family Card will allow you to enjoy discounts at shops and major playgrounds in Bibione and the surrounding area.
